Our Story

Created by contractors for contractors

Take control of your work life with iContract

It all started with a throwaway comment. As professional contractors, how could we take control and enjoy the work-life balance we all sought in an era of increased flexible working?

We felt we needed a smart way to manage our contracts and availability in one place while easily connecting with recruiters and end clients to line-up that all-important next role. Somewhere to build and present our profiles and reputation, get relevant advice, find reputable service providers and even interact with our peers. We also wanted to restore the personal touch that we felt had been lost in the competitive world of the contract search.

And so iContract was born: Not just another jobs board, but a single place where contractors can truly take control of their work-life balance.
